From School Tours to Day 1, find out what dates you need to save on your calendar.
School Tours Week
3-7 March 2025 from 9-10am daily. If these dates are unsuitable, we offer personalised tours with our principal and senior students year-round where we are able to show you our school and discuss your child’s individual needs. Contact the office to book!
Playgroup
Want to meet members of the community and make new friends? Start your bond with the school with our FREE Playgroup for each term. It features an exclusive, carefully developed play-based learning, focused on school readiness. We’d love you to join us!

Welcome BBQ
Enrolled Kindy 2026 students and their families are welcome to meet for a fun social evening on 21st August 2025 at 4:30pm! Invitations will be emailed out to all enrolled families prior to the event.

Before and After School Care/Vacation Care
We typically have spaces available in our program, which is located on site – making the transition between school and Before and After School Care (BSC/ASC) a very smooth one.
We refer to BSC/ASC as OOSH or OSHC – which means Outside Of School Hours care. Using the dedicated app, you can select if you’re after BSC or ASC. It’s simple to use, and you can make a permanent booking or casual bookings.

Uniform
You can find out more about our uniform here.
Purchasing uniforms is simple – it’s done via our supplier Pickles. Order online and it will be delivered to school – or to your home. We will also have samples for you to check out sizing during one of our Term 4 playgroup sessions. Second-hand uniforms available through the school office.

We will also have a Kindy 2026 Facebook group which launches in September. It is a really useful place for information, tips and advice and ways you can best support your child as they get ready for “big school”.

Paying for Things at School
We’re a cashless school. Payments are made via:
- BPAY (preferred method for school fees)
- QKR App (for canteen, activities, and more
School Pick Up and Drop Off
School finishes at 3:00 PM. Families have a few options for pick-up. One is the Kiss n’ Ride located on Denison Street, just around the corner from Whistler Street. Another option is the Churchyard pickup, which opens at 2:40 PM. To access this, parents enter via the Raglan Street gate and drive through to the church, forming two lines. These options are designed for car pick-up. If you prefer to collect your child on foot, please head to the gates between the Hall and the Church.
In the mornings, the school is supervised from 8:10 AM. Students arriving after this time can place their bags in the playground and enjoy free play until the bell rings at 8:35 AM. For arrivals before 8:10 AM, we ask families to make use of our OOSH (Outside of School Hours) care service.
School Buses – Student Opal Card
If your child will be catching the bus, you can apply for a Student Opal Card from Transport NSW.
Applications for 2026 open during Term 4 (later in the year).
When selecting the bus operator, choose either:
- Keolis Downer Northern Beaches (this is the new company who have taken over State Transit Buses on the Northern Beaches)
- Forest Coach Lines
