Student Wellbeing

Introduction

At St. Mary’s Manly, student wellbeing is part of everything we do. Wellbeing is a focus of all areas in our school life.

The school is a Be You (Previously KidsMatter) school which highlights the emotional development and growth of each child.

The Positive Behaviours for Learning framework underpins all behavioural expectations for all students.

The schools values of Honesty, Compassion, Respect, Service, Justice, Hope and Courage are important pillars that guide all our day to day interactions. We have a St Mary’s Values Award, that is awarded to a student in the class once a term for showing our school values. Please click on the link to look at the proforma.

Our student leadership teams in pastoral care and mission ensure the school community know the importance of wellbeing.
